Discounts are available for groups with more than 10 people.

When purchasing both adult & child price tickets online:

Please select one ticket type and the quantity, then add it to yoor shopping cart.  Then return to shopping & select the other ticket type and the quantity, then add it to your shopping cart.  If you are purchasing more than ten (10) tickets overall, your group discount will automatically be applied to all of the tickets, as long as they are purchased in the same transaction.

If you need transportation between Avalon & the Airport in the Sky, please contact the Wildlands Express directly.  They offer a $10 round-trip BBQ transportation special for the BBQ - the 30 minute shuttle ride departs from Avalon at 4pm and departs from the Airport at 7pm.  Rates are subject to change.

If you need transportation between Two Harbors & the Airport in the Sky, please contact the Safari Bus at (310) 510-4205, directly.  Rates are subject to change.

We request that guests choose a location they are travelling from only to be able to offer additional information should changes or unforseen weather conditions arise.  (For instance, if there is fog at the airport, we will know that Guests that were supposed to fly-in may not be able to make it and would be eligible for re-scheduling or possible refund).

With regards to cancellations, we understand that there are certain uncontrollable events that might make it impossible to attend your pre-booked BBQ.  Full refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the date of your BBQ, no questions asked.  For all other requests for refund or re-schedule, please contact us directly at the DC-3 Gifts & Grill.  We will do our best to work with you.  (310) 510-2196.
